@@EaSkateVideo JL taught me a lot too actually like how to pop side to side/ double grinds. Idk if he ever went over this trick u taught me though or I just didn’t understand at the time cus I was still learning so much

It definitely was! At first I thought I wouldn’t be able to do this trick but speed ended up being key

But definitely not as difficult as the tricks u pull off!

Some of my tricks have taken hours to land. One trick in particular took me 5 months, starting from the idea of landing the trick to actually (barely) making the trick 🙈 But I can assure you I wouldn't even try this trick at this spot 😂 Out of all double grind-combinations noseslide to tailslide and vice versa are probably my least favorite tricks to do 😅

@@EaSkateVideo that’s my favourite part of this game is finally barely making the trick u set out to do. I find that tail slide kick flip to tail slide u did to be the hardest double grind to pull off I’ve still yet to land one. And which trick was it that took u so long it must’ve been crazy sick

The hardest trick I have done so far was a manual up a bank, then 360 flip at the highest point and fakie manual back down, just like Rodney Mullen did in Almost - Round 3. If you want to check it out, it was my submission for Sesher Magazine's KOH166 😇 Tailslide kickflip to Tailslide aren't that difficult. You want to get into the Tailslide by rotating with the triggers and by holding the backfoot stick down. This prevents unwanted rotations during the kickflip. Release the stick input and flick a straight quick kickflip. Catch it with the backfoot stick down into the next Tailslide. Then sidepop out of the Tailslide and rotate with the triggers to ride away smooth 😊

Skater XL may feel a bit like a downgrade when you are used to playing in Session. I may be biased because I am not a fan of Skater XL though 😅 But yeah, only early access is what I can find about it. But hey... it is free(mium), so that is nice! 🥲

totally agreed! the auto-follow cams are way too bouncy imo, you gotta get those sweet free cam angles to hide the jank of the game engine
