4Eyed Drone Guy yeah the nd filters make a good difference. I was only saying as I checked the maps before, was keen to fly down there myself. Here is the map fyi www.airservicesaustralia.com/wp-content/uploads/gc13034.pdf
Anything to the north of the headland is in the restricted area still which is annoying. The zone clips the edge of the headland. Casa has the new app out that should be the fallback to use now.
Allows for much more flying than the old system as it takes into account approach paths etc
Very nice footage. I’d like to get some like this but I’m still in the “nervous to ,etc the drone go” mode being only two weeks old. You can definitely fly here - “can I fly there” app with latest data download says it is fine. Once again, love the footage.
