Ich finde es echt interessant, besonders als Schauspielübung, mal darauf zu achten, was so alles um einen herum passiert. Es schärft die Sinne und bringt euch eine große Sammlung an Tönen/Gerüchen/Gefühlen usw., die ihr dann beim Spielen nutzen könnt.
