I just saw this today on linden Blvd in Brooklyn like 12 vehicles ahead. I had to detour cause of construction and I end up going a faster route and he drove passed me on a cross street and it was a real treat. I didn't think I'd see it again or catch up then he passed by me at a light lol

You’re saying Smart Bus NovaBus is a bus company when it’s clearly not, all NovaBus LFS/As in NYC built from 2015 onwards(doesn’t matter whether it has the standard or Cuomo livery) is a smart bus which uses WiFi and USB charging.
