Reason is that they are two separate characters. one is Pretty Morden which is the Rebel General who got turned a young girl temporarily by the Martians cause they did it for the Lolz in order to mess with him. the Second is Pretty Morden Double, a group of Women from the Rebel Army who dress up as Pretty Morden as a form of distraction tactic.

Because The one on the tank are women posing as pretty Morden

The newer ones are from Metal Slug: Awakening. MSA ended in January 12, 2023 while Metal Slug Attack Reloaded a non gacha version didn't include all characters but they put one exclusive new character named Mostro (Rootmars girl version) for the Space Army.

Not the main series which Fio, Eri, Nadia and Leona including the Combat School Instructors but the whole franchise that includes characters from spinoffs, obscure characters, crossover playable characters, mobile gacha game characters and pachinko characters. more so the rest of the female characters are From Metal Slug Attack/Metal Slug Attack Reloaded a former mobile gacha game.

The main female cast from MS1 to MS7 are Fio, Eri, Nadia and Leona. Combat School Instructors: Sophia and Margaret, Mary & Lilly, Cynthia Aikawa Twins aka the Girl with the Bag POW. Minor Characters including concept art are Sachiko Suzuki (Girl with hat from MS1 Normal Ending) Ms O'Neil aka Allen O'Neil (Buff enemy dude with machine gun)'s Wife and the unused old granny enemy making it 14 or 15 if i missed one.
