Hi, I've been there with waterproof expeditions last December. Don't worry about motion sickness, and I'm also one who suffered in the past. I used xamamina but at the end I think it was not really necessary. They don't provide damage suits, where did you read that? And swim in these waters with the drysuit is very easy. You will feel more comfortable in the water than on the zodiac.

@@mirkoputignano7734 Thank you so much, that's really good to know regarding the motion sickness! Further down in the comments the original poster mentioned that she was given a damaged suit so missed out on doing some of the swims as they didn't have another available.

What company are you going with? Hands got a bit cold but you’re so full of adrenaline you hardly notice. I did however get very cold and couldn’t swim in the last dive as they gave me a damaged suit which let water in 😖 I didn’t go in again after that as there wasn’t a suit that fit which was a shame!

@@EmmaWhittinghamUK orca norway. I have poor circulation so I'm worried about my hands and feet. I originally was going to book for December but changed last minute to October because I'm afraid of the cold. I'm doing a three day trip so keeping my 🤞

@@fpalisse it’ll be cold, but just make sure you have all the seals on your suits done properly. The water temp is actually warmer than the air temp most of the time. You’ll have an amazing time!

@@fpalisse yeah the dry suit I wore (different company though) had the feet built in and then we put boots on. The mittens did let water in so you could pop warmers in there no problem! Or take them in a dry bag for on the boat! I loved it so I’m happy to help & share my experience! You’ll have to let me know how your trip goes!

We got in the water once with humpbacks and once with orca. The water was very rough on the day with the orca and they moved fast so it was a short encounter. But some people have been in the water for a long time and on multiple days!
