Lyrics: Riders on the storm Riders on the storm Into this house we're born Into this world we're thrown Like a dog without a bone An actor out on loan Riders on the storm There's a killer on the road His brain is squirmin' like a toad Take a long holiday Let your children play If you give this man a ride Sweet family will die Killer on the road, yeah Girl, you gotta love your man Girl, you gott...

They're from Haight-Ashbury, so it's a good song for the scenes. Lyrics (Grace Slick): One pill makes you larger And one pill makes you small And the ones that mother gives you Don't do anything at all Go ask Alice When she's ten feet tall And if you go chasing rabbits And you know you're going to fall Tell 'em a hookah-smoking caterpillar Has given you the call Call Alice When she was just sma...

Thats Beautyful❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤
now the former white world is predominated by murderous gangs-tatts-drugs-and fast food fatties.
They seem as though they are agreeable and easy going [ and, amazingly enough, Americans are so often like that, when devoid of the the Zionist hyper attitude ], but you cannot know the entirety of the individual circumstances of each in this footage. They are taking positively to the novelty of being filmed. I'd say there was much less mental health issues with the people in this footage than there is with humanity in general nowadays.
The people that won WW2.
Resilient trees, still alive
California Redwoods can take the flames and stay standing. Not good fire management by that state.
Cool! My family is from Durham (Bahama area) in NC.
If you didn't see the name of the place, this could have been from almost anywhere in America at that time.... a different country than we live in now.... and one Donald Trump is hoping we will return to... I hope we do.... not the economy of course (considering this was during the time of the depression), but just to the God fearing nation that respected good morals and common sense.
Protestant training
Beautiful, marvelous people
Some naturally very pretty gals in this.
❤
Racial/cultural cohesion means most everything.
Thanks for this video, those little kids are someones dad or grandad😊
Grandaddy loved dueling banjos. Born in Caswell Co NC 1910
Spotted my great uncle Weatherwax in this, neat
Seriously ?
4:23. She looks like Linda Chapin
Русскую сказку напоминает :избушка у лисы была ледяная ,а у зайца-лубяная!
Очень ,очень кстати ДОРЗ, замечательно подобрано!?!!!!!!!!
How come I didn't see any fat people in the 1930's film. Noticed the ladies wore dresses and the men rolled up their long sleeve shirts. No air conditioning or fast food must have been normal.
Food was more natural back then.
Maybe the young lads will goes to WW2 in the couple years
I believe that's the first time I've heard Bring a Little Lovin' since say 1970. Was 16 at that time, memories......
It's a great driving tune! I turned 1 in 1968, so I didn't hear the song until 'Once Upon a Time in Hollywood.
My best guess is 1938.
They would have sounded like they were from N. Carolina, as well. How exotic!
Hardly anyone is overweight. And there wasn’t even gyms around then in that area. The thing is people are so damn lazy nowadays.
Before we starting importing the third world. A glorious time.
America before the Zionist takeover of the government.
The Marxist Social Democracy not fully laid on at the time, but it was nevertheless a Zionist country at that time.
the calm before the storm of WW2
The international clique was gearing up to destroy Europe.
That's not 1930s. 1940s maybe
Mooresville is 1930's, and some of the rest is 1940's.
I live in Mooresville, about 6 mins from down town. Some of the buildings were recognizable, but the stores themselves have definitely changed. I kept looking for the big Golden Girl (Sundrops original name) sign, but never saw it in the video. I'm not exactly sure when it was originally painted though, so this video might be before it's time. One thing that surprised me is that it looks like the traffic and parking was just as bad back then 😂! Unfortunately though, growth is ruining Mooresville! We were just recently named the fastest grown suburb in America!! They are building junk everywhere and tens of thousands of people are flooding what use to be a nice, small, country town, that was only know for being the NASCAR town. Now it's just an over crowded suburb of Charlotte. The streets are still the same ones you see in the video and they are way too small to handle all the new traffic. We have small historic infrastructure with a big city population and it isn't working! It has gotten terrible! They call it progress and growth, but in reality Mooresville is sadly dying.😢
You ain't kidding! I live right down the road from Main Street, where it was showing all the footage. I remember when Mooresville wasn't so bad but now there are ENTIRELY too many people stuffed into this small town! Mooresville was never meant to hold this many people.
if you have a phone or camera and recording in public, people get mad and call the police, different world we live in
North Carolina was already a state in the 1930s
If there is accuracy to the location of the film...this is where Lowe's originated. It started with a hardware store.
Lowes wasn't founded in Mooresville, but the HQ is here now. It's a massive gated facility hidden across from the Lake Norman regional HP. When you drive down the long road headed up to the gate you would think you are driving up to some top secret facility! That hardware store that was the first Lowes was in North Wilkesboro which is about an hour from Mooresville.
@@JesseCase That's right. It has been a while.
When North Carolina was the South 👍!
We are still the heart of the south!
North Carolina is now New York since half of their people have moved here
Where's all the fat people? Where's all the homeless people? Where's all the drug addicts? Where's all the tattoos and piercings and blue hair? Might as well be a different planet.
They were waiting to appear about 50-60 years later.
Such sweet, hardworking people...the salt of the Earth 🌎 When they smile, it makes you want to smile back at them through time.
bluegrass tracs are nice but watching this film with mute is very nostalgic and visual - what source are the films? thanks
I like that that's really cool whoever did the filming did an awesome job❤🎉
I went to NC few years ago , I didn't see not one white person there 😮
Looks like a sundown town
I live in Mooresville, it probably was back then, but it's quite peaceful nowadays. Now we do roll up Main Street when the sun goes down, but it's still safe to go out.
Was there any followers of the RELIGION of PEACE around then>
Asphalt road, pretty well off area.
This looks like the early 40's, but I could be wrong.
The second half is 1940's; Mooresville is 1930's.
No one staring down at a cellphone. Thanks from VA :)
I'm sure if they had them they would be looking at them
look at the place now and you tell me what you see and why. too late now. let more than just the cat out of the bag.
Notice the crime rate was so low that kids were out doing stuff.
My parents, who are now deceased, were from Durham and Weldon. I remember climbing the Hatteras Lighthouse in the mid 1960’s
Thank God for change.
8 years ago we bought 16 acres a few miles east of downtown Mooresville, building our retirement home there in few years
I bet the crime rate was very low
