They need something from the parents or that creates anxiety - separation anxiety / the fear of d*ing. Yes , Father Alex... True. Your channel is my safety net. And in these last 2yrs of watching your videos, bit by bit , i am able to change myself. At first i was getting better at relationship negotiations. Now , the positivity of my inner light , thanks to your guidance, have spilled over in other areas of my life. I regularly do yoga and pranayama. I think the best therapy to me has been yoga. When I do the backbends, like the fish pose or wheel pose, I cry. We store emotions in our body. Mainly chest, stomach and hip flexors. Like when we are scared we curl up. So backbends are opposite to our natural response to curling up. Yoga changed my life. And your videos made me more spiritual.. what is spirituality if not awareness about yourself first. Thank you Father ALEX !!

Some people thrive in Isolation if they have the mental fortitude. I would not be where I am today if I didn’t isolate myself 8 years ago. You need the mental fortitude to take yourself out of isolation. what’s dangerous is if you’re not productive while in isolation. Some of the greatest artists thrived in isolation…it’s not for everyone
