How often does hypertension cause aortic dilatation? Should method of measure and which guideline used be mentioned in the report? BTW It's good to see Yaso again, last saw her in Edinburgh many moons ago!

I was wondering if the BSE would consider doing this for a range of common pathologies such as aortic stenosis, left ventricular function in context of dysfunction, and valvular regurgitation and dysfunction as would be required for the level 2 accreditation, making reference to key image and Doppler optimatisation as has been done here?
