I want to open a "Boarding House" with me and all my friends. The name "Boarding House" legally protects me from squatters. I plan to get a 6 bedroom [including basement rooms], 3 baths, for us. 1 person will cook, 1 person will clean, 1 person will do yard work and 1 person will do emergency maintenance. We will live together like a sitcom.

Yeah scammer's are rough, I've always wanted to do what habitat for humanity was originally supposed to be but failed due to administration costs and greed,in my opinion, if you have retirement funds and have the ability to live on a fixed set of returns like 401k is set up then pooling with others and buying whole development or building new development is the best way i think is best for long term effects and stability of all, keeps cost's set and return is there with cost's, .

Boarding houses and hotel room rentals left something more to be desired. My belief is affordable, does not mean substandard. witnessing how a safe and supportive environment can transform lives inspired me to use my skills and resources to create affordable housing for individuals and families in transition. My goal is to offer modern well-maintained shared living spaces designed to Foster stability, and upward mobility. I am inspired to empower individuals to rebuild their lives with dignity.

Toni. I moved to the States 6 years ago and settled in PA. I quickly realized that there was a housing shortage, but lots of old buildings that could be renovated to at least solve the problem of housing in the city of Harrisburg where I live. This is where my idea of affordable housing began. When I started following you, my ideas changed, and now I know and believe that the real profit is in compassionate investment not in affordable housing.

Aww, that was so awesome. I have been scammed with a company when I signed up with them to have a online store..... An I got SCAMMED ... I've seen sites to buy a rent to own property.... that's how I wanted to start.... But, because of that scam ( I holds me now on fear)
