I bought a used Tanabe for cheap so I captured some exhaust notes and DIY solo OEM exhaust removal and installation instructions. I am very happy with the look and fitment. Most dual aftermarket exhaust tips don't line up properly for the S2000, but this one fits almost perfect. It's just a bit louder than stock and there is some boom "drone" between idle to 3k RPM range, but I actually like it...

This video captures my personal real world experience of re-torqueing the rear axle nut on the Honda S2000 slightly beyond Honda's revised spec of 220 ft-lbs to 250 ft-lbs per Billman250. It was impossible for me to loosen the nut with a 1/2" breaker bar. Thus, 3/4" breaker bar is recommended with a 36mm socket to do the work.

This is a quick and easy way on how to remove and replace a failing Honda S2000 OEM timing chain tensioner with an aftermarket product like the one from Toda or Ballade. When you use one of these TCTs, you do not need to remove the air box or the maintenance cover bolt. Instructions Start by removing the 3x 10mm bolts shown in the video. Randy Rhoads is one of my favorite guitar heroes. He left us with one of the greatest rock and roll songs in the history of mankind. The guitar work in this song still blows me away. This is the best way that I can tribute to the late guitarist.
What about the screw that goes through the middle? The one that comes supplied with the toda. Once you take out the main black screw you should replace it with the supplied one

Putting a 70mm test pipe/HFC to a 60mm exhaust is a HUGE no no. Huge disruption in gas flow (bottle necking)you are supposed to match the test pipe to the size of the cat back exhaust. The High flow cat will eventually deteriorate. Not sure if you live in a state inspection state but going full test pipe has more benefits. Sound, power ….And you will have less drone. Worst case try getting a 63mm test pipe as they no longer make 60mm. Good luck
