Sensible Shoes 5.12b (7b) (Flash) - Secret 13 • Red Rock Climbing (NV)
I’d love a podiatrist to weigh in here
dont forget downsized shoes suck at any smearing on volumes or even standing on a chip on roughly vertical problems
wait why is it illegal? and arent clouds like 2 million lbs
Gay
Don’t let that wide toe box guy see this video
My rack made me splurge for more rental insurance which was kinda a wake up call
Nope. Sorry. I was a ballerina and it's a nope for me on these shoes lol Plus climbing ...I just don't trust my upper body strength to hold me 😅😂 I could however bench press 290 in gr 8
The epitomy of "believe you can, decide you will"
If you cant but others can, it's a good sport
Why the bags?
I'm pretty sure he used them to get the shoes on easier
It’s like foot binding but not as much torture😅
As a podiatrist, thank you. I’ve now discovered a whole new demographic of potential patients 😂😮💨
A sport that destroys your hands and feet. No thanks. I need those. They should invent ergonomic climbing. Wide healthy shoes that try to grip as good as they can and special gloves that help somehow
good technique and 24 is good.
Interesting but why on earth are they wearing girls socks
😂 its to easy
call to psychiatrist
Am I the only one who saw him do the middle finger on his left hand at the beginning😂😂😂💀💀💀
Ye one arm pull ups have a huge CNS fatigue effect unless you are banging out like 10 reps of them at which point you are stronger than 99.9999% of the population
Thank god i don't have friends.
You probably would do even more if you would 1) found higher bar, 2) keep your legs straight, it would help you with tencion and gave you extra reps. 24 reps with chin above bar and full drop is insane strength. Congrats
Broke rock mountain.
Bro turned into flint Lockwood
I didn’t know Jerma was a rock climber
v3 is the cherry on top
Thats way too small. Major foot damage that can lead to foot arch and back problems
Painful and forced swearing. Try speaking with some sincerity and respect, not this Marvel-humour irony. You are a person not a charicature.
I'm so fuckin weak. 6' , 186 lbs, about 25%ish body fat and i'm climbing gym v3 at most. I've got an injured left shoulder and left hip but still. Struggling to find role models my size and weight to look up to in climbing
So many check marks, can't even see. The rocks anymore😢
I don’t rock climb but I would think its obvious that sliding down a rock hurts
You need to size up, you don’t even have size for socks.
I wanna know what the beta on the left side he didn’t use
As a ballet dancer I lowkey thought these were point shoes 😭
Lmao I had the exact same problem w the solution comps
You're really talented :D
I use hoka sneakers I didn’t have a problem even got ask to compete
Not me thinking it was ballet shoed 💀
You don’t need your shoe to be uncomfortably tight. They need to be tight to where your toes are at the end, but if your toes start curling you’re going to lose power on small holds. You just want a shoe tight enough to properly transfer energy from your toes but not crush them. Just try and bunch of shoes and see if you find one that does this. You don’t need to buy the stereotypical comp shoe. I run katana laces and they fit perfect and give me more grip than a solution
Chinese foot binding might be your way to go.
I send so much harder with reasonably comfortable shoes. I can’t weight my feet otherwise… every shoe has a purpose, you’re not gonna wear those on a hard slab..”the smaller the shoe the harder the send” don’t listen to what they say, listen to God
did he call the other dude, babe?
Sounds like an 80s sitcom, this guy is great
I’ve gotten this video 5 times this month. I think I’m called to start skydiving
If it's ever misty out side like slight rain but no real drops just go 90 down the highway and stick your head out the window
You dont need to downsize for the drones. Street shoe size will get you a really tight fit and half size down will get you a wtf ondra fit. (The drones are great, I have a pair of the drones cs and bought a second pair recently)
Got more of these?
Not good for you feet but they work great if you perfect foot placements on smal less then 1/4in foot holds, your feet should just be snug in climbing shoe for normal climbing(from a 5.13 climber)
What is "Currency period"?
My toes look like the aggressive photo year round but I never rocked climbed
He is doing it wrong
