Seasonal Depression is real. I had to fly every time from Iowa, and I would get this anxiety that I would never get back home. But yes, seasonal depression is accurate, and some hear this and think oh, it's because of intimate relationships. On the contrary, grief/loss appears in different forms at times. During these times, you will remember memories, bringing up feelings. What helped me is accepting those memories and understanding that in the present, I still have people who I can still love unconditionally.
