My dad worked on the dam project back in the 30s and he shared many stories of the project. I even found a picture with him in it on a documentary. I hope to make it there in 2025. Thanks for your video it is an amazing feat to see what was constructed.

This used to be rated as a 5 Star Resort, but sadly they have fallen down to a 4 Star. The Del Coronado has seen better days, and is not what it used to be. It's CERTAINLY not as good as its daughter Resort, Disney's Grand Floridian Resort & Spa. But she's still a beautiful Grand Old Lady that's worth a visit at least once. :)

about 25 years ago, a date took me to dinner at the Del. He then wanted to take me up in the cage elevator for the experience of it, and to show me the ballroom. speaking of balls... The lady who ran the cage elevator did everything except cuddle his balls... It was a very weird experience. He was super embarrassed, and we were trapped in that little cage with that very forward and predatory woman for a few minutes. I still laugh when I remember it. I guess she thought she was gonna win that round... lol... unfortunately, it colored my experience of the rest of the evening, and I don't really remember much else about the Del, and I never went out with that guy again. I always figured that if he got lonely, he knew where to go😂

Well it didn't work for me I think possibly the main starlink router is defective.

Out of the blue our starlink stopped working. Unable to connect to it to stow it and the heater seems to be on too. Never turned the heater on. Crazy! Going to try a new cable.

Glad I saw this video! We're in Campbellsville Kentucky, and it gets pretty hot in the summer, but it gets kind of cold in the 30s and 20s, and teens on occasion in the winter, and we are fixing to get Starlink Internet, and My plans were to turn on the heater on the mode where the heater stays on continuously, so I don't have to worry about it in the winter, because it'll already be on, but after seeing this video, I'm not going to do that. I'm the kind of person who gets cold very easily, so I would be one to do something like that, keep something warm, and make sure it stays warm no matter what, but in the Summer it sometimes gets as hot as 100, so that idea I had might have been a bad mistake if I hadn't seen this video tonight! I'm glad you made this video!
