    Never heard of this before. Thank you! I have wondered why some of the blooms are single and others double. This summer I pinched back the central stem and that gave me lots of branches which helped with increased blooms. Next year I will also pinch off all the female flowers.

    Each year there are new little rose of sharon plants under my ten foot plant. They seem to be from fallen seeds. Is that possible? or are they from the roots of the older plant?

    W wouldn’t half a gallon of water in a hanging pot be too much every day? If I did that it surely would get waterlogged.

    • @vespista1971
      @vespista1971 7 месяцев назад

      I watered mine every day for the first two weeks I had it, (as the person at the garden center suggested), and now it’s looking worse every day… I scanned it with a plant app and it immediately said it was being overwatered. I feel like I can’t ever get Fuchsias right - this isn’t the first one I’ve killed. But the spot on my front porch where I want a colorful hanging basket gets very little daily sun, so it’s one of the few plants I can put there. I’m so bummed that I can’t seem to get them right.
