Thanks mate. Appreciate the message. This one was filmed on iPhone using filmic pro log 10bit. Then graded using film concert pro. For my new Sony, depending on scene I will try and do 1 to 1.7 stops over, despite the phantom luts saying I can espouse at zero. I've come from a previous camera where u would expose to the right to prevent noise in shadows. I then take the overexposed footage into final cut, such a quick NLE. Bring exposure back to normal and then drop a phantom lut ontop. From there I add some slight grain and maybe tweak the contrast a little. And that's it. Hope this helps

@@andyjack1974 Thank's for reply, is it still possible to use the setting of Andrew Reid with Danne's build version? I think these settings are 4 years old. Indeed the 5DMark3 is still my favorite camera. The colors are perfect. I use the black magic design colorspace and gamma. Looks real cinematic. Hope to hear from you about Andrew Reid setting with Dann's build. Cheers

@@richardrem hey. I’ve two cards, one with a nightly build similar to what Andrew Reid was using. Can dig out the exact names for u. And I have dannes build on another. I swap between, the old build that has 3.5k x5 on and the newer dannes build for the anamorphic 5.7k mode. Pretty sure dannes does it but haven’t tried yet. I’m still finding my around dannes build. I used to do black magic colour space, which is very cinematic... and get great results. currently I’m using mlv app, using arri log c profile, render pro res and in resolve applying the arri log c to Rec709 lut... which I like the look. and then tweak the look.
