Employee date of appointment is 20.06.1991 in GP-1900. ACP gains in 2400 on date 02/04/2006.two years training period so ACP should be given in 20.06.2005 ? Employee promoted as loco pilot in GP-4200 on date 18.06.2006. employee medically un fit on dt- 23.08.2014. profit of MACP should be given on dt - 18.06.2016, but not given due to one marks less in BENCHMARK . He improved his BENCH MARK as needed but MACP not given why? He promoted as COS on dt- 31/12/2022. He should given MACP by dt - 18.06.2016 or not please explain...

Employee 1 Direct recruitment as - SSE/Sig Qualification- B-Tech Community- OBC Employee 2 Direct recruitment as - JE/Sig Now promoted as - SSE Qualification- Diploma Q.1) kya ye dono aapas me mutual le sakte hai? Q.2) agar le sakte hai to kya dono ka SSE me hi transfer hoga? Q.3) ya fir Qualification ke base par dono ka posting recruitment grade ke bottom seniority par hoga.. Sir please answer with reference if possible..🙏🏻
