heat coming of the people to warm up the space??? sounds like a load of bs to me!!! Surely would be better if all the units just increased their speed accordingly which would essentially achieve the same increased air exchange but still recover the heat aswell.

I love one thing mentioned there-Windows 3rd position. I do deep retrofit. Use Passive Purple between joints and seal all gaps within the envelope. I even use that on 10-year-old double-glazed windows frames from inside and replace panels to E-low double with warm edge spacer. What a difference that gives me over 2.7MW lower gas usage per annum. I need to add I have a minimum 20C degree overnight. When I moved in 3 years ago I had over 17k gas bill, now I have dropped to 12k. I am working from home with house temp deviation -> 21(day)-19C(night). Keep working I'm a fan of your products. So easy to apply virtually everywhere!

Do you really need one per room? Assuming that air can flow through the house is the need of one per room due to limited volume of air that is managed by any given unit ? Example: 100sqm per floor. French regulation say at least replacement of air per 24h. 100sqm is 250 cubic meter so flow of around 10 cubic meter per hour meant to be sufficient.
