Ran into Spider's Web late at night

I went for a late night stroll to the local supermarket and ran straight into this spiders web. I pulled back to see this little fella. So I filmed him for a bit and left him be and I went on my way. That web wasn't there this afternoon so he has got that web up pretty quick. I don't know what type of spider it is, if anyone knows, leave a comment.
