Good day, going on a cruise in a month and gained weight. Looking on Temu for some outfits but so afraid of the fit and material. Need your help! Can you please do a try on for Jean or cotton blend dresses but not all the flower power stuff. Also, two piece sets tops with pants that have again some kind of cotton blemish or look but simple and comfortable and no flowers. Hello 👋🏽 Your video came across my feed. You are a beautiful young lady. Some points: cardio is great for circulation and lungs but weight training is the best for body re-composition. Eat whole food but in a calorie deficit. Track your food and macros. Adding muscle allows women to eat more while being in a calorie deficit. Don’t diet but instead change your eating habits/lifestyle for long term health/success. I’m 59 years old and have been doing CrossFit for 2 years. It has changed my life and body. My adult kids tell me that I no longer snore. My energy has increased and lastly I have gone from 230 pounds to currently 188 pounds. Wishing you much success 😊 🙌🏽

Can i recommend you go and see and ENT (ear nose and throat doctor) and get a endoscopy performed to see if you have enlarged tonsils and adenoids pallet. Thats can disrupt your air flow when your in a telaxed state of sleep and caused sleep apnea. I had this problem i was gonna have to use a CPAP but someone recommended that so i did. I got the surgery they removed my tonsils and adenoids..agter surgery despite the swelling i immediately vould breathe easier ...I cried immediately out of joy because i had such deeper effortless breathe. I haven't snored since that surgery amd never had to use a CPAP as i no longer had sleep apnea. I lost a ton of weight amd regained my thoughts and memory. I was able to function at a much shaper rate. I am now keeping a 4.0 in med school... I know it has everything to do with total care of my sleep apnea and surgically solving the problem.. I hope this blesses you.
