I have lived in Peru for 5 years and 7 months and lived all over it. The best Lomo Saltaldo I have had is in Tingo Maria, the Gateway to the Selva (jungle) at Lori Burger. Their Chimichurri is what really sets it apart from others and they will bring you more if you need it like I do.

Bien por Peru. Los Plato's mas aceptados por paladares extranjeros son: ahi de Gallina, causa rellenas de pollo, papa rrellena, anticuchos, y los que Aquí se presentan El resto muy dificil de agradar. Asi que tienen Poco's Plato's para paladares foraneos.

As a Peruvian, i can tell you Ceviche is not Sashimi AT ALL. Japanese don't have our rocoto pepper or our lime. Japanese don't like ceviche because is not theirs LOL
