Hi I just bought this for 1350 with 47 hours on it. did I get a good deal?

Have a 18 year old HS 520. Still going strong. They are pricier to buy but you can't beat the quality.

TCL looks washed out and very plastic cheap framing looks ugly.

The button that you push on the dash to go in reverse, is ONLY if you want to mow in reverse. To go in reverse without mowing, just push the right pedal (reverse pedal).

Absolutely perfect mower and for people complaining or wanting the adjustments not on each wheel lol there are times when you need to have one side higher than other the pros know this and laugh at people not understanding lol

That easy change oil filter will be the end of your lawn sucker

I have the HS 520 A and it's 14 years old and it's been a great machine , it's 5 hp. My next one will be the 720 7hp. Good video.

Nice video. I'm going with Ariens pro 21 but watching all single stage videos. Wanted 2 stage but may actually be harder with only 6 car driveway with 3 cars in it. I'll just do it twice if we get any type of Michigan blizzards

I'm using a ten year old cub cadet ltx1040. It still mows ok,but it's starting to get little problems and quirks. Hoping to upgrade to a small john deere zero turn next year,but may just get get a 100 series tractor if I cant afford the zero turn. I've got nothing against lawn tractors, the zero turns just allow a little more speed. My reverse mowing switch on my cub cadet drove me nuts,so I bypassed it and can now mow in reverse without having to fidget with any switch.

I remember having to save up a tone of money to buy a crappy tube TV when I was a kid haha. Kids now are so lucky. Epic TVs for pennies.

My 50 inch tcl in my bedroom smells like burning plastic when it's on that's my only issue and losing the damn remote.

That is a great little single stage. This and the Ariens commercial SS21RC are impressive machines. I favor the Ariens only because of the extra build qualities of the commercial application but I would not hesitate to purchase this single stage one bit.

Nice professional like video presentation. After owning worthless Toro company's highly touted ones, I will NEVER go back to such a poorly oriented customer service company. Plus I spent way too much on repairing it (CCR 2450 - 2006 model). Honda is a much better quality machine, and it is the way to go! Starts reliably, runs reliably and clears even the heavier wet WI. snow quite well. And, you don't need to do the fuel with 50:1 oil mix (four stroke engine). Worth the 779.00 bucks.

It is horrible in anything over 6 inches. Wet snow clogs it, top and bottom. Unless you want an upper body workout every time it snows, get a bigger machine. Btw, my town leaves way more snow at end of my driveway.

The big question is which one last long?...

The picture is NOT SIMILAR. Are you blind? TCL is way far better in picture. Roku TCL is better.

Looks strong. A lot of reviews show one millimetre of snow. In which people could wear flip flops in the snow.

I disagree with your last statement...if you HATE mowing your lawn, buy that mower, it makes the chore more tolerable. I have a cub cadet and a toro recycler to augment my John Deere 425 lawn Tractor (amazing) and both of these mowers SUCK. Lots of problems. In any event nice review. I am thinking about the the electric start and I am thinking if I have one good mower for 15 years the electric start may be worth it. I have HHT35SUKA string timber and it runs like a beast.

I like the deeper darks on the TCL. I was concerned about this as I heard from another reviewer that in LG the blacks look more gray due to the ips panel but the viewing angles are better on LG. I compared on rtings and found the contrast ratio of tcl to be better. I am a fan of deeper blacks so ordered tcl and also I’m a big fan of roku OS. Even if I would’ve got LG I would buy a roku stick. Roku is neat. Thanks for this review. It made my decision a lot easier.

I have the D120 with the bagging attachment, here's a few tips to help you out. The easy change is convenient but at a very high price, it also leaves a lot of dirty oil in the engine when you change, JD had a kit to convert it back to a regular oil change, it pays for itself the first time you use it. www.greenpartstore.com/John-Deere-Easy-Change-Conversion-Kit-AUC12916-KIT.html Then you can use the Purolator oil filter L10241 $6.99 at Advance Auto Parts. Around here I had problems with the grass clogging the chute, easily fixed by installing the high lift blades. The govt safety switch, that yellow nuisance RIO switch that you have to push when backing up is easily fixed, on the back of that switch is a plug, unplug it and connect a jumper between those two wires. BINGO! Now you can back up without having to push the stupid govt switch. As long as you use common sense and don't allow small children outside when mowing and ALWAYS look behind you before backing up, there is no danger in eliminating that switch. Keep in mind this is a nice lawn mower and not a garden tractor, don't try to tow your boat around or other heavy jobs, your tractor will last a long time. Don't forget to keep all the grease points lubed, including the center pivot of the front axle!

easy change is a scam there is still old oil sitting in the crankcase plus the filters are so much money it's more than just doing a normal oil change which actually gets the old oil you can change it back to the old way also if the brake is locked you can get off the mower with it running and the yellow button is if you want to reverse with the blades on
