This is a really fun car to drive. Very balanced, and points and rotates easily. Soft enough to use a lot of the curbing, but stays pretty planted. With more practice it might be faster, but I'm happy with the 7:31.534 for now. A cooldown lap opened up a gap for me, so I went for a hotlap. This was my PB of the day, clocking a 1:41.6 in my VW GTI. Event was with NETC on March 21, 2022. I was running APR Stage 1 ECU tune, Michelin Pilot Sport Cup 2 CONNECT, rest factory.

Fastest clean run as of 8 September 2021. Could definitely get down to around 4.48 flat with a perfect run! This is what I've been up to in Assetto recently. Midnight runs on the Shuto Expressway are a one-of-a-kind experience. ❤ A big thanks to SRP and other modders for making this experience possible. To anyone curious, I was driving the black CTR-1 Yellowbird. The other driver was driving the red R34 Nismo (Omori).

Love your car control.
Hi I am looking to improve my runs at akina. My best so far with stock miata is 5:55. Is your car setup important to adjust? Second do you use any handbreak on hairpins or just brake + Scandinavian flick. third overall any advise for practice to improve? Thanks :D
Hey, I would say setup doesn't matter much, you could try adjusting tire pressures a few clicks, or change front camber +/- 0.2 degrees. Just go with what feels best to you. Making it easier for you to drive / suited to your style will help later. No, I'm not using any handbrake. Just braking hard while turning. The Kunos miata is more true to real life than other Kunos cars in the sense of it'll rotate/spin if you brake while turning. Brake as hard as you can without locking the fronts--if you do that while turning, the rear should kick out, at least enough to rotate slightly. For Scandinavian flick, I wouldn't worry about throwing it hard, but you can definitely roll the weight from one side to the other to help as well. For overall practice to improve I'd start with getting your racing line down. Maximize track usage. Get those tires ALL the way to the very edge on corner entry. For slow cars like the miata, try to take a line that will maximize the momentum you carry through each corner, *especially* before long straights. The higher your exit speed, the less time you spend getting back up to speed. Lastly, brake in a straight line to maximize braking potential and keep the car stable--smoothly let off the brake as you begin to turn. Keeping the car stable is key--slight rotation is fine, but going sideways or understeering too much is going to hurt your times a lot. It's dragging rubber and the car doesn't have the power to make up for it. Hope that helps. Good luck :)

Watch what u say in ur videos u confused ALOT of people , people can't comprehend what ur saying when u say disarm trap there is no disarm option written out it's called (search) be more specific ! I'm a quest guy so I'm just helping you out there's a few more mistakes I saw during the video !

at 4:00 and 4:10 why you stop in the middle, if you stop before 1st trap and keep run on you just can run over every trap.

Hey! Sorry, meant to share the setup way sooner...but I got sidetracked and forgot. >_<" Here it is, made for Touge Life 1 with 100% grip, and no tire wear or fuel consumption. Tires: Street (ST) Front @ 29 psi Rear @ 28 psi Front alignment: -0.6 deg, 11 toe Rear alignment: -1.0 deg, 20 toe 1 L of fuel 100% brake power Hope it helps. Tweak it to your liking :)

who the hell does rouge's den at 80 thieving?
No idea but apparently there's a shortcut there if you have 80 thieving. Doing it the normal way is pretty fast anyways lol

Arinym! It has been two and a half years since you released the guide. I succeeded and got the outfit along with 3x rogue kits in 1 hour and 11 minutes using only 55 agility and 54 thieving. If you don't have enough Herblore levels or you are an Iron man like me; level your thieving using the Kourend fruit stalls but bank strange fruits / papays only (to recover your run speed after a successful run). Strange fruits recover +30 and papayas are +5. Good job and thanks for the guide. Gave thumbs up!

Hmm strange, I haven't done this minigame since I recorded the video haha. Maybe they changed something? Some of the little tricks like these take a few times to practice. The run in the video was just about as optimized as I could get it after TONS of runs. GL

great guide but I haven't managed to complete it yet because the traps in the walls always seem to get me?! I just passed the tiled door thats as far as I've got :(
doesn't work, even disarming floor traps that don't /need/ disarmed i'm getting booted to the beginning.
Hmm that's strange. I haven't played in a while--maybe they updated the mechanics of the minigame? You should be able to run across up to 3 game tiles at once without setting off a floor trap. If the floor traps are going off, you may be running over too many tiles at a time. Make sure you stop before each floor trap, and don't stand on a disarmed floor trap for too long--I think they reactivate. If anyone else has trouble with this too, lemme know. If Jagex changed something, maybe I need to update the guide ^_^;

i think he stood on it, you cant stand on traps, thats why you use 1 dose of stamina in b4 to run easy quick run

at 3:48, on the second door. you don't have to click before the trap. you can just run straight past it alll once coming through the door.

wtf you can fall on a trap right at the safes room???
Hey--to my knowledge, the only trap in the safes room is on the safe itself. If you fail at unlocking the safe you get sent back to the start. GL

Got it done in 8 runs. Only failed the safe once. By the end I end up with 48-49/50 thieving. It's great.
Wow since when are these rouge crates a thing? I just did this and it lets me choose what piece I want!! 13 or so years ago when I did this, you got duplicates all the time. I never did get the full set. Got like 6 of each piece but no mask. With the crate, I can understand how people are getting the full set so fast.
In wiki it stated it should check your bank to avoid duplicates and the choosing box was added because of ultimate ironmen getting duplicates
