You know what this home was missing though? Your favorite water tray! Honestly this would be ideal for student housing but probably really expensive to be realistically invested in.

Who else finds it remarkably stupid and pointless that the price/budget of things changes if you go into live mode? 🤚🏻 I didn’t even know that it did this until I was doing my own budget build and I went into live mode to playtest, then I noticed my chair was now 3 dollars cheaper! And when you’re building a 1,000 dollar shack, every penny counts! I don’t actually understand how it works, like how to prevent this, so if anyone knows, please tell😂

There are actually free cars! From debug! Also free landscaping and plants that look exactly like the normal ones! It’s way easier to find them of the gallery, but then you’d have to pay for the room. They also somewhat recently added the ability to set sink types! Now if you set the sink as a bathroom sink, they won’t wash dishes in it! Anyway, amazing job on this challenge! The layout is so perfect! And I learned that sims can chop up on mini fridges, and float them on sinks!

I think technically 6x6 equals the exact tile count that micro homes can be! I am formally submitting my request for a 6x6 build video please! (Or if you could add it to your ideas list if you’re interested so you don’t forget?) I’m so curious to see how you would do it! I know I could do it myself, but you’re so much better at floorplans and laying things out then I am! (I really hate doing floorplans lol) In my mind most of the challenge is just the fact that it’s literally a box 😂

Nicely done, this looks really good! It's hard to make tiny houses like this look good and be functional at the same time. I've tried but without the Tiny Living pack it's really hard... Some things I've seen other people do with this was a rooftop garden and of course the murphy bed. But I like your spin on it and made a cool modern house. 🖤

for tiny town, I’ve only watched how James has done it and it’s been great for the building and everything so something like that would be fun to watch. but also, since you ended up with only one girl, maybe part of your challenge could be to have the boys get partners like Gabriel. then you’ll have more girls to play with (and they could also help bring in some money!!)

Omg YES pleaseeeee do a Strangerville let’s play/legacy/playthrough! I have yet to see anyone play with it yet, and I’m super curious about it bc it looks so different from any of the other packs in the way that it’s a storyline! I mean, I know that people have played with it, but honestly? Those videos are kinda old now, and it’s way more fun to me to watch a nice new video! So definitely, absolutely, please play with it when you get it🙏🏻

I definitely agree! I thought for sure that chair and barstools were wooden! 🤯 Also how did I not realize that the metal single bg bed doesn’t have a double version?! All the other beds have single and double version! (Well at least for the cheap bg ones. I really don’t get why they don’t do it for all beds!)

Building tip: for when a home has only some up on a foundation, but not all of it use platforms as “your foundation.” Just remember that you’ll have to raise the inside to meet the new platform “foundation” or make steps down after you enter the house. It’s a workaround but it works if you have the patience. I love how the build turned out. ❤ I can’t wait to see you do tiny town! It’s gonna be so fun, the challenge reminds me of Disney dreamlight valley or animal crossing a bit. I know tiny town will take you ages but do you take suggestions for future challenges when you get closer for it being done?

Have you tried the smarter pie menu: searchable interactions mod. It allows you to type in what interaction you want and it finds it for you rather than you having to search through all the options. I thought it might help. Loving the series.

Have you ever consider trying out the expanded mermaids mod by spinning plumbos. I saw satchonsims talking about it and thought you might enjoy it.

Yes build looks good but I really wanted to agree on last thing you said. People saying sims are boring. I do t have any packs only some mods but still base game is good enough for me to entertain me. And still to this day I find some little things I didn’t know. I will never get boring of this game. ❤
