My solo trip to Turtuk | Slow Travel, Visiting Thang, Hunder Sand Dunes, Diskit Monastery, Wari La
Welcome to Episode 3 of Ladakh Travel Vlog! In this video we travel to Turtuk. I planned my entire Ladakh trip to visit Turtuk, as I had heard so much about it - how it was different from the rest of Ladakh, how time seemed to move slow over there and how beautiful the place was.
Why visit Turtuk?
Turtuk was a part of PoK until 1971, after which it became a part of India, along with two other villages. Many locals of Turtuk still have relatives and family on the other side of the border. The locals are very friendly and warm, and Turtuk is indeed very different from the rest of Ladakh.

Spending 3 Days in Pahalgam - Travel Vlog | Slow Travel, Things to Do, Staycation

Welcome to Pahalgam! I spent three days in Pahalgam - slow travelling and exploring the place. Even though all the "sightseeing" places in Pahalgam can be covered in a day or so, spending time here showed me the slow side of Pahalgam. Most people visit Pahalgam on a day trip from Srinagar, but if you do have the time, I highly recommend that you stay here for a day (at least) - to truly admire ...

Ma'am is there any breathing problems? As it comes to hear about high altitude & low pressure. Making it difficult to breath? Is it true? And will it be safe to take senior citizen with minor heart condition to kashmir?
Hey! Didn’t face any issues in Srinagar or Phalgam. But Gulmarg (phase 2) one has to acclimatise a bit. I went with my mom and MIL, both senior citizens, and they were okay. But please do check with a doctor, since you said they have a minor heart condition
Wowwww❤❤
Thanks, my love! ❤️🥰

Absolutely! I kept exchanging it everywhere to ensure I had enough! Haha 😁 was a little paranoid about it 😂
Thank you for sharing your trip with us. For people like me living abroad, every video from the homeland is a treat! I have seen many videos of the various Gardens in Srinagar city, but the description you gave of the Nishat Bagh was very impressive! Thank you for your different yet original take on Srinagar city. I would highly recommend that you return to Kashmir in late spring/early summer season. You would be amazed by how different and beautiful Kashmir looks during that time of the year.
Thank you so much for your wonderful and supportive words!! This absolutely made my day! And I’m definitely going to be visiting Kashmir during the various seasons! 😄😄
You should go suwakholi, 5 km from mussoorie. Mussoorie is nothing if you go suwakholi

You missed one of the famous hotel at Landour - Rokeby Manor. They have beautiful and luxury villas. Should have explored that too.
Oohhh yes!! That was originally in the plan, I had even planned what I was gonna eat there 😄 but we couldn’t go, because the weather just got so bad! Definitely planning to stay there next time, cause I loved Landour! And wanna just chill there for few days
Nice video. Could you suggest when is the best time to go Malaysia? I am planning to go in March, will it be too hot?
Thank you! 🙂 Malaysia is usually hot all year around since it is near the equator. Dec - Feb is slightly bearable!

Haha 😄😄 thank you! No, no please visit.. I’m making a detailed video about visiting Malaysia next just for you!
Hii love your vlog, how to book tuk tuk for a day n how much do they charge
Thank you, Lavanya! Well, the easiest way is to ask your accommodation to help you with a tuk tuk (that’s what we did), or you can just get to the main road and get one. We paid about 4500 LKR which is about 1200 rupees for a half day tour.
This is so lovely! Loved this ! When I go to Malaysia I’m definitely going to IPOH! ❤
Yay! 💜💜Thank you so much for watching!!!
