My neighbours encroached into our land.My lawyer lied to that i won the case. But it was actually the opponent criminal case on us that was dismissed but we failed to establish that it was our land. I am speechless our he would lie to our face and demand money for winning.
lol solution to a problem that does not exist over here, it's called insurance.
I got screwed by my parents
What if the person got caught on the border, a Judge gave that person a voluntary deportation, after 2 months in Imigration jail went back to his country and then came back, entered illegally is living in U.S. for 20 years married with a citizen, can this person apply for i601a ???

When the insurance company has a cap on the amount of coverage did they provide to the defendant of an accident liability you cannot always ask for more for more than you will accept!!!!
@Grey Tesh Florida Amendment 2 video- Thumbs down! Why the unnecessary music? I use regular subtitles on every video I can, you can even read groups of words or sentences if that’s your pace. Flashing words like pointer finger reading is horrible. I was interested, but couldn’t even finish this video ! Too many people have disabilities ADHD, PTSD, AUTISM, SENIOR CITIZENS AQUIRE FOCUSING PROBLEMS (Captain Ice Cream is the best example) . There’s ESL English as a Second Language, I lived in a foreign country and tried to learn Spanish. I strained to hear each word and pronunciation especially on television. Folks with various levels of intelligence may need to focus more. Every hearing aid commercial states how they have problems separating voices from background sounds. I couldn’t understand because of the music, nor could I read the subtitles. I click “Do Not Recommend This Channel “ in the right hand column on those channels. It’s just too torturous for me. Television worked all this out ages ago. Does television news play background music? What about tv financial shows? Talks shows with serious leaders of industry or world leaders? Do they have blinking lights gizmos and gimmicks? No, those are distractions! The tv and film industry only uses music to move the plot forward in dramatic shows and movies. If you miss words, it’s not as important. What about school classes or college lectures? Public libraries or any other places of learning? Do they add background music? I write this to raise awareness, please share this with your video editor. Thank you for your attention. Blessings
You have to pay the government to hunt and fish or they will throw you in jail
Burglary and trespassing are still prosecutable. No fishing signs at publicly accessible waterways seems like theyll be hard to enforce now. HOAs with a fixation on forcing children inside in front of screens beware
Dude, you’re such a fu***** idiot all you’re saying is please let’s keep all the illegal drugs on the street and keep crime up. We love street crime’s. You are such a fool.
Yes. Thank you. Trust your gut.
Everyone should default to NO for any Constitutional amendment. Especially when they don’t under every detail and the expected consequences
Thank you for your clarity.
Thanks for sharing
I lean towards republican but this one to me was not very clear cut. i am most likely voting no. The way i interpreted was more of an individual right and it also said that voting no would make it harder for the state to implement a law or regulation. That to me scares me because people take advantage and I am all about preserving our wildlife.
There’s also amendentment. 8 and 9 that talks about property county lines expanding and giving the right to the county of the land so if we over hunt and fish what does that do to the land especially if we de pleat the wildlife is the land up for grabs? To developers ?
I'm not in favor of ANY amendment to the state Constitution. The amendment process is THE BIG MONEY SOLUTION to what they couldn't BUY the legislature to do. Can't get the state congress to pass a personal favor, HOODWINK the gullible to vote for an amendment that CHANGES the state FOREVER. LEGISLATURE DO YOUR JOB.
I'm an avid hunter and fisherman. This amendment makes me think there is some sort of catch to it. We can hunt and fish already.
@@codypridg9504 that’s why you got to vote yes
Voting YES
Why? I don't understand it enough to vote yes. What did you understand that made you decide "yes"?
Voted yes because fk government fascism.
I love you
You did read that FWC still controls bag limits and all laws correct?
I love that no one knows what this thing even means and everyone is supposed to vote on it LMFAO
Exactly! I can't stand the way they write these things. Vague, open-ended, can be interpreted differently by everyone who reads it... We have no idea what they are really planning to do with this if it passes and how it changes our rights to fish and hunt. You need a lawyer to explain it to you and accompany you every time you go out fishing or hunting.
I voted no. It encourages and enables cruel tactics like snare trapping. No!
Snare trapping is already illegal and nothing he said was accurate please inform yourself.
Anything that encourages greater gun ownership is a step in the right direction. Suck it lefties!
💯👌👍🫶✌️💙
Good Advice 💯
🙏
Dude its legal in Missouri and none of these reefer madness issues have happened. Alcohol is legal dude which is way worse. This will pass easily in Florida.
There is a difference between a conservationists and animal rights preservationists. It heads off the problems that come from political non scientific based decisions not based on proven biological science and wildlife management. Like the video's example of trapping, eliminating that leads to depleation of many game species, quail, turkey etc. Many states have had their wildlife agencies taken over by politically appointed anti consumpitive operatives that base wildlife management not on proven management techniques but on anti hunting and fishing outlooks.
Yeah…that’s what you all say… You conformists really need to come up with new material rather than pulling the same dated rhetoric out of your ass..
I’m a retired environmentalist. I voted no.
I like how you explained this. Easy and straightforward. I am searching on the internet to understand this Amendment. Thank you.
The fact that Florida Republicans want it is enough for this independant to vote NO.
Florida democrats want this, not GOP.
If you claim to be independent, then say the deciding factor for your vote is against whatever Republicans want, then you're not independent. You're a Democrat in denial.
Not very independent of you at all. Sounds more like you're as partisan as any liberal out there.
You sound vaccinated.
You are definitely not someone who is willing to cross the aisle and work together to solve problems. A typical leftist!
Hunting and fishing is a must
It already is a law.
@@kirksink6002It might be law but it's not protected. There's a certain group that doesn't want you fishing and hunting. This protects that right from them. They want you to eat bugs and leave all of the animals alone. Animals were put here by our creator so are would have an abundance of food to eat. Meat is a part ofbour diet. We were given incisors to eat meat. But that group wants to force everyone to be a vegetarian and to eat bugs to survive. Vote Yes to protect your god given right.
@FauxQue-yk8dt Thank God someone else who's not a moron. Here's a quote from the opposing side. Groups opposing, in addition to the Sierra Club, include the Humane Society of the United States and the state Democratic Party, whose executive committee this weekend urged Floridians to vote against it. Audubon Florida also calls the amendment “unnecessary” and says it raises concerns but did not say whether it is outright opposing the measure. The Florida Wildlife Federation said earlier this month it is working on a position statement. People seem to forget the Activist groups don't take you to criminal court they sue you Civilly. Because there is no written protection in the state constitution specifically it leaves you open to being sued. I think of how overreahing Swiftmud is and how they have entirely to much power, this would protect hunters and fisherman and anything illegal now will still remain illegal.
As a former hunter and Environmental Science teacher, I agree. Too far and too vague. It mentions “traditional means” without defining that. Does that include baiting bears? Leg traps? Snares? Poisoned baits? All might be argued as “traditional means. Not necessary and potential for problems. I’m voting no.
Solution looking for a problem.
@@brianlowe753 Problem is certain groups are actively trying to take away our rights to hunt and fish. They are vegans and expect everyone to eat a plant based diet, and insects for protein. This amendment protects our right to hunt and fish. It's actually a god given right since animals were put here for our consumption, along with plants.
@GunsAndFishingU.S.A. I'm not going to tell you how to vote. With a name like Guns and Fishing I think you got this. From what I gather this started because of the black bear population needed to be thinned out some. Fish and Wildlife issued some tags and the animal lovers threw a fit. I don't hunt but I understand the need to keep some species in check so they don't over populate and use up the available resources they need to survive. And there's no sense in wasting the animal once it's harvested.
@@FauxQue-yk8dtblah blah blah. Lie some more.
How about an amendment to eliminate a tax that means you never own your home?
Imagine if people could just take personal responsibility instead of resorting to the sin of murdering their own progeny.
Can you provide which section to choose that in democrat or republican
Hey grey how are you sir 😂
And this idiot even 👍 his own video
There are only 2 reasons anyone would be against the legalization of cannabis 1 they’re ignorant of the subject or 2 they make money off of it being illegal. And don’t even try to use God as a excuse to keep illegal white your sucking down pharmaceuticals and chasing them with vodka 🤪
In the Sarah Boone case, depraved mind but also didn’t she pre-meditate by announcing “For all you did to me…” when he was in the suitcase begging for his life?
Sarah Boone was convicted yesterday of second-degree murder. Her sentencing is set for Dec 2nd 2024. She showed no emotion. RIP Jorge Torrid.
I can't believe I watched this video and then looked at your name you were my lawyer. I called you a couple of years ago and you were kind enough to talk to me. Thank you
I am a busy, practicing lawyer, and I run into unemployed and severely underpaid lawyers all the freaking time. They tend to fall into 3 categories: 1) "Part time work for the Public Defender's Office" 2) Temporary Document Review Projects for $22.00 per hour and 3) Pro Bono work for the local Domestic Violence Shelter. Idiots make a huge mistake and ruin their future getting a law degree. There are 11 Law Schools in Florida, 10 in Pennsylvania, 8 in Virgina--there might, just possibly, be enough new lawyer jobs each year to justify One Small Law School in each of those jurisdiction. Not, 8 or 10, or 11. Don't fall for The Law School Scam.
I recently filed an appeal in re the Florida Commission on Human Relations, (FCHR) dismissing my complaint, claiming the only reason they could not investigate my discrimination complaint, was because a Walk-in medical clinic, which I also sued in the circuit court, is not a place of public accommodation. However, in accord with the ADA, a "professional office of a health care provider," is ... a place of public accommodation. Additionally, Fla. Stat. § 760.02(11) (2021), broadly defines, in part, "*Public Accommodations* means places of public accommodation ... and other covered establishments." Soon after filing my appeal against FCHR with the District court of appeal, the Clerk of the Appellate Court, unilaterally, without notice to me, or a hearing in which I could be heard, granted FCHR's Motion for substitution of party, from FCHR, to the Walk-in Medical clinic, thereby relieving FCHR of their responsibility of their decision to dismiss my complaint. I then filed a Motion for Rehearing/Reconsideration with the appellate court, within the 15-day time limit. Now, I am researching how to file an appeal with the Florida Supreme Court, within 30 days of the rendition of the Clerk's unilateral decision, just in case the appellate court ignores my Motion for Rehearing/Reconsideration, or rules against me.
I’m in Brevard’s county and was just released on pretrial …… and one of the pieces you just mentioned was a factor
