well whether it gets nuked or not its no guarantee it would be meta cuz arcane intellect still exists. It is currently doing the most obscene dmg on retail but we still see the same comp due to other factors. However, gameplay design wise I think its quite good at last and its easy to pick up.

@@ganxtaful i havent played sp personally so the answer will be a bit skewed but from watching and talking to my buds that all play sp its a mixed bag. they got some nice visuals if you're into it but aff specifically feels very nice to play to me personally. Having a 1 minute window that makes you powerful and you're able to feel it is pretty nice and the overall gameplay has been streamlined quite a bit. On the down side, it would be nice if they had a final look at the class/spec trees or adjusted our cap stones but that's probably not happening at this point :D

hey there man! I would like to start off by saying that you should almost never ever (with current version of demo at least) find urself at 6 imps and having to implode. If that happens, there is likely a rotational gap or something else happening. With the way siphon life works, core procs, dog refunds etc etc (spiteful recon talent as well), you should be at at least 3 hands (9 imps at the lowest based with nothing else proccing) before the imps are anywhere close to expiring and you will have at least 2 more casts in them which allows for either another hand cast or dogs if they're back and then implode. Now onto the question, ideally you want to implode with the debuff on the targets, however, it is better to implode than to sort of lose the imps anyway. Also as a baseline at 5 shards ur rotation should look something like that > Siphon life > dogs > dbolt ( instant casts only) > hand > dbolt > hand > dbolt > hand (the decision point) if enough shards available hand, if not, shadowbolt/dbolt > implode. In both situations you will want another global after the hand to make sure that the imps spawn and then implode them. Sorry for the wall :) I hope the information helps!

As I said it is what it is. Some people have trouble understanding Scottish, others French. It is absolutely possible that since coming back to and living in my home country my accent may have reverted to more Slavic one@@Demosthenes84 once spring/summer rolls around and I got more free time on my hands I will put more effort into videos. till then thanks for the support

U dont implode on st with current tier/talents. for aoe its not an exact science. a good rule of thumb is to do 3-4 hands and implode to get used to the cycle. Alternatively, you can download this WA (wago.io/im9enEyIB) and implode when you have over 10 imps and some of them are about to expire. This should be a good starting point, hope it helps <3 !

If you're on a boss fight with other packs/adds or spawning mobs, if the mobs must be killed it is fine to implode. if it's just smallies that are irrelevant its probably bad to do except if you want to look good on details ST = bad Boss + adds (if the adds must be killed) = good

It could be related to the rest of your gear, but generally for this patch we want to prio crit/vers. We scale better with those and we can supplement the loss of 'haste' by enchanting wafting devotion.

im sorry for the late reply! i've been absent from youtube for awhile. You go to plater options and check stacking nameplates and then you can go to advanced settings and play around with the nameplate overlap bars to make it however you like.

yes, seed is better on 3 and above targets, however, you need to account for the situation as well. For example, rapture is shorter cast time and if you're overcapping and want to squeeze a cast quickly before an incoming mechanic you would most likely rapture. Another situation is if you would prefer to do some better damage at a prio target with rapture and for example dread touch. But generally speaking, seed > aoe, rapture > ST. there are further nuances such as how many targets have soulrot and siphon life applied to them because then rapture is the better ability to press. it gets a bit complex at this point :/

you or at least we as a collective group were getting additional rings/hp debuffs and the boss towards the end of that particular phase was ticking for well over 60% of our hp pools. And we have people assigned to hitting the add, therefore, the sooner it dies, it helped us progress because that's the only difficult part. Also, if you watch the vod around that particular timer, you get so many rings and swirls and forced movement, you will actually not do that much more dmg if you know what i mean. Similar scenario occurs at the 8:30 mark although not to such an extent where you have to dodge icicles from both boss enemies and I don't feel like I'm gaining actual value from syncing them but rather losing some because I could have 2 havoc windows where im doing good dmg instead of 1 which could easily be interrupted by mechanics and miss out on pumping when the phase is the driest in terms of mechanics. thats my rationale and it worked for what our setup/gear looked like. could be different for different comps/guilds I suppose.

there are obviously 2 philosophies currently present since the introduction of rapture which is being catered to in all honesty. Also if you havent had the chance, do give my last video a look and try the build ive presented there. It aint perfect and might not net you top dps in every single key, however, being the top dps in every scenario is not healthy for the game. Obviously, there are issues in the tree, however, that build has a mix of big aoe, decent dmg w/o much of a ramp and very competitive ST (which will get a lot better with this update and the one coming in 0.5). furthermore, these buffs are passively fixing the problem in the tree where you have to commit to either one or the other and specifically the showcased build in that video where u can safely press seed in aoe and have actually good ST without losing much in the tree. ah here's the video if you wanna give it a look - ruclips.net/video/jmfXVZRRNko/видео.html

he is still doing 50k ST damage, which is WAY enough for every single boss. usually people do 35k-45k ST damage except op classes like Arcmage and rouge( don't quote me on that,please don't compare to top player, for average player only)

im with you. the hard casting is very offputting atm. maybe they figure out a way to ease up on it

the treant dies a bit too fast after the nerfs and you want it to clear ur bleeds w/o healing the enemies. Also the overlaps are nasty where it might die while running so nobody would be able to clear - hence the banish to control when it does

cant give you an accurate answer. havent tested it enough. cleave is decent and st is decent. might be too cd reliant for lower keys

you can pretty much play anything there. all 3 specs are good. destro a bit better on tyra. gotta be careful not to stun the adds with infernals though :D

yeah soulrot has been a bit underwhelming ngl. obviously this dungeon is hard carried by darkreach and soulflame so every dung that has soulflame value I reckon aff would do fairly fine. also ST was not as atrocious and it will get better in 0.5 patch

i've been playing around with it a bit in diff dungeons, however, this one seems the most stable out of the bunch. a bit awkward being giga hardstuck on a 2min spec in some dungeons but if you enjoy aff, you can definitely make it work in almost all keys
