Setting up my classroom is one of my favorite things to do. Though it can be frustrating at times, for me it really does mark the beginning of a new school year and it gets me pumped up! Hi - I really like your videos. I'm a high school biology teacher too, so it was cool to see how you did you classroom. I would love to see more of your videos of what you do with your students and ideas for teaching biology creatively.
For the absent bin my teacher had a crate bin thing with folders and they were numbered 1-31 for days of the month so if you were gone the 17th you would go to that folder and grab the paper

Hello, I’m a new subscriber loving the day one setup. I just finished my 25th yr in the profession. I love watching the next generation of educators. I’m always looking forward to learning new things. Watching your video gave me some great ideas. I’m going into my classroom tomorrow for day one classroom setup.

You and I would be friends! I can just tell. Removable Cricut Vinyl comes off much easier than the other types. I'm not sure what you used. You came up with an attractive solution!
How do you make the letters? Do you buy them, have stencils or make them by hand?
I have a cricut that I use! Before I got it, I would print them out and hand cut them.
Yes! There are so many elementary classroom setups. It's so good to see HS! What Cricut machine do you use? I am redoing my classroom this year and decided to just get one 😊

My hope is to be able to share a little bit of an inside look into life as a high school teacher, be that through vlogs, or sit down videos, or walk throughs, I’m not exactly sure yet! With school now starting up, my organization isn’t exactly where I want it to be ( I’m trying something new this year), but when it is, I can totally share what I do! Thanks again for watching! :)
You setting up your quote on the floor first and then bringing it up with the tape and then attaching it more secure after it was genius!!!!
How did you get the letters for the table?
Hey! All of the lettering in my room is made using my Cricut and a variety of fonts from a website called dafont.com ! Hope this helps! :)

So excited to see more of your content! LOVE the candy jar you decorated with your Cricut! You gave me some inspiration to do something like that for my AP chem students. I usually offer a piece of candy after their tests for a little pick me up. :)
The candy jar is definitely one of my favorite pieces from the haul! Glad it inspired you! :)
