I don't get it... We learned in school that the stars' lifecycles contain the RED giant stage... So where do blue giants come from then?

Terrific video. Great music. One glaring spelling mistake. Trivial I know, but since it's so common now I thought I'd mention it. The contraction "it's" in English has one, and only one, meaning: it's = it is. Its (no apostrophe) is a neuter possessive adjective (his is the masculine possessive adjective and her is the feminine possessive adjective). Example: During a star's lifetime its size and its surface temperature may vary considerably.

also a fact to remember is that those huge stars have the capacity to fuse lighter elements and form iron and other heavy elements during the last phases and supernovae themselves : essential elements for our body and daily life.

nice video but about your end comment, its not proper to get emotional about cosmic events, like a blue giant exploding is dying and black holes are bad(assumed). a blue super-giant exploding can trigger many star formations around it creating new smaller stars that could be more stable and support life better. also black-holes are the reason there is life. they keep galaxies together or everything would be blown off because of the momentum of the big bang . peace :)

lol the whole reason the star is functioning is Nuclear Fusion when hydrogen atoms fuse(burn) into helium atoms
