Correct! That's what I would do.
I don't want to cross post to a personal FB account because it is personal, like family stuff. Can we cross post to a FB page? That's where I put the same content for both FB and IG because I'm an artist. One more question, if we have several IG profiles, can we make each a creator account?
Yes you can! You just need to set it up in the Account center to post to your business instead of your personal page. And if they are all for different businesses, then I would!

You can just change it in the dashboard without making a new account, I don't recommend making a new account

Yes 100% that is something they must sign before starting to work with me. It depends on what they are doing, you want to try to keep fulfillment cost 30% or below. Ideally closer to 20%.

How long do you keep the ads running? When do you know your whole audience has seen the ad?
You can see the "frequency" of the ad start to go up! If it passes 4-5, it will become more expensive. So if the audience is not growing you will need new ones every few weeks.
But keep them on as long as they are working!

They can be hit or miss, there are a ton of coaches who don't have funds to invest and coach "part-time" so you will need to do a lot of filtering or create an offer that is not super high ticket so people can get started with you
