Welcome to my channel! I’m Scott, the Founder and Director of Combat Fitness. We started by creating fitness programs for young guys entering the military and have expanded to offer our "Strategic Lifestyle Optimization" framework to individuals from all walks of life.
Our systems have helped over 14,000 people, including those preparing for Navy SEAL BUD/S, Ranger School, Special Forces Assessment and Selection, Navy Dive School, Clearance Diver Assessment Centre Selection, MARSOC, and Law Enforcement, ERT/SWAT, as well as successful entrepreneurs, corporate executives, doctors, and lawyers.

Multiple concussions for me, excuse for oversleeping.
From exercising I have an inguinal hernia, torn hip labrum, and major arthritis to all the joints in my body. Exercise is great but most people do not need as much exercise as advertised. Go for walk, ride your bike etc.

Thanks for that very candid insight to training struggles, Scott, I can understand myself better and why the growth/relax cycle occurs. Question, you say you come back stronger, would you be stronger if you had not slackened off training? Or is it a question of sustainability?
Hey Paul, great question! Yes - it would always be better to stay completely consistent and not have the ebbs and flows, however, that isn't always the reality of training, especially at a high volume. Setbacks are real, the best we can do is try to minimize them and move through them as best as possible!

and people who loose sometimes dont continue doing hard things or what????? when you think its an only winner abiliity you should go and question yourself and think again about it because then you will get that if loosers didnt continue then we wouldnt have the science of today
