Knee deep? Where?
Camping for part 4
Hi. Is mountain goryu suitable for sightseeing? Not skiing, just with 4 years old kids.
@@handa4539 Hey, I'm not so knowledgeable about the sightseeing at goryu but they have a gondola to the top of the mountain and there's a cafe up there and great views without needing to ski. Didn't seem like there was much area to walk around though (during the winter season), and it would be very weather dependent (can't see a thing if there's fog/clouds). Iwatake seems much more well equipped for sightseers.
2022 was such a good season compared to this year. I remember that I used to get stuck of family run a lot. What’s your favourite run?
@@WildWillex for sure, a sad two years it's been since. Little buller spur is quite a fun run though!
@@kekevin we can only hope for better years to come! Little buller is great and so is wombat. My favourite group of runs are probably the Mclaughlin Shoulder group and the fannys finish group (in good conditions of course) even shakey knees is great
great video
❤😊
Great video! What camera and pole are you using when you film yourself snowboarding from behind ?
Thanks! Specifically it's recorded with the insta360 One RS and the pole comes included. Although, you can get the same effect with any of their 360 cameras or the GoPro Max. Hope that helps.
hi may i know when was this video taken in march?
No worries, the footage for this video was taken from 13-15 March 2024. Naturally, no guarantees when it comes to snow/weather, though, I'm sure the crowds will always be much less in March than the peak times!
The View is stunning! Thanks for sharing! Hakuba is the place I must go in the future!
Fun video! We were there in Jan! Looks like I’ll need to plan to be there around Feb / March next year!
Falls Creek food 😂 Great video mate, snow looked unreal!
Hey Kevin; how did you heat up your food those noodles and rice you brought?
Hey they are self-heating meals, it comes with a heating packet underneath the food which is activated by pouring cold water on. They are somewhat common at asian groceries throughout Melbourne.
@@kekevinthnk u so much

Nice video. What’s the name of the lodge with the onsen? Would you recommend it?
Thanks! it's called Pension Tomato, highly recommended, the owners were very friendly and helpful
which month you went there ?
mid March 2024, much less people at this time :)

this brings back when i went to Mt buller even the drive when you first see snow is so cool
Hi Kevin do we need to carry our own food ? Or is there food available there ?
Hey no need to carry any food, there are plenty of restaurants all over the mountain, including up on the slopes. They are quite pricey though (understandably) and its worth bringing your own food if you want to save a bit of money
Hi Kevin, may i ask, can classes to learn ski/snowboard for beginners be bought at the ski school directly? There isnt any lift passes available on the mt buller website.
Hey! Yep you can buy it directly at the ski school. I'm sure they will become available online closer to the season starting, during busy periods it would be best to book online as some times could possibly sell out from what I've seen last year. Lift passes also should become available and I think are cheaper if you book at least a few days in advance. Hope that helps!
I still get that excited when I see snow for the first time each season. And I have been doing it for decades now! So much fun.
good vid! i ski at mt buller very often and can say u r not too bad haha, have a good one and keep it up
u gotta eq that wind out or something my brotendo 64
