Who decides what's disinformation? A lot of stress called conspiracy theories turned out to be true after all...
Well if it takes people's ability to make a free choice - clearly its a disinformation that is aimed to pullet people's thinking to make bad choices or unenlightened choices. Information that makes people to be confused is clearly a disinformation as well. The whole "Conspiracy theories" is indeed misinformation campaign to make people confuse and not able them see the information that exposés and debunks things that some would prefer people not to know about or understand. CIA came up with "conspiracy theory" to discard valid information that was presented to the public then they flooded the net with false conspiracy theories that are now dominating internet space - so people will get super confused and will reject everything, hoping that even the valid so called 'conspiracy' theories will get lost or ignored and they are indeed ignored and lost among trash.
