Unable to send an image through MS outlook
Close any open images or docs in the iRys software so that you are back at the start screen of iRys. Now click on "file" then "email set up". That will set up for email. Once you have done that, simply right click on an image and click "send image via email". If the file size is too large, then export as per the video clip above [no need to burn a disc, just save to a folder on your desktop], then go to wetransfer.com [free version is fine] or use Dropbox or similar to send the image to your recipient that way

Hi Anastasia, you can also use the + and - keys on your PC keyboard [usually far right of your PC keyboard]. Use the right mouse click to pan to your area of interest then use + and - to zoom
how to add permanent dentist name?
Go to the Utilities tab at the top of the screen, select "Configure System" then select "Permanent Dentist" and you can edit there
How to change the IP address of Sidexis?
