Mali rin po ang many years of experience ko sa casa na sa pagkakaalam ko na ang sensor1 ay ang pinakamalapit na sensor sa makina which most of the time being called AF sensor? Technically dapat wala na bank1 bank2 ito kase 4cylinder engine lang ito pero may mga sasakyan kase na V6 or V8 engine that literally has 2cylinder heads that is why bank1 is designated for cylinder 1-3 and bank2 is for cylinder 4-6 in V6 engines. Sensor1 and Sensor2 will be the term for single line in exhaust system. kung mali ako sayo Sir, salamat naturuan mo ako.

@@taki38 nope, it might be you’re pipe, evaporator housing, expansion valve that are not properly insulated. in some cases, recirculation motor and airmix control motor creates unusual sound. or you’re flapper. it is also potential of producing noise near evaporator. noise can travel through the wind, so the sound you hear from evaporator might be coming from flapper or a motor along the air duct.

@@ArnoldRupisan First make sure you have correct power steering level or the pressure switch circuit doesn’t have a fault. Next check your charging system should work properly. If both mentioned systems are ok, then you have a problem in your intake system which maybe intake hose/tube leak or clogged, faulty sensors and IAC Valve, faulty throttle body. It’s just easy to troubleshoot Sir. goodluck

@@Autotech2510 If your car doesn’t start, and won’t communicate with your scan tool, “P” malfunction indicator light is blinking, you need to check first the transmission range switch, you can adjust also shift position into park or neutral. The engine will not start if the ECM/PCM sees the shift position is in reverse or drive gear position. Second thing to check is fluid level and DTC. Since your scanner won’t communicate with ECM/PCM, you need to perform DLC or Data Link Connector troubleshooting procedure. You can also get the DTC in other way. Please watch one of my video how to do that..

No need to adjust timing. It has nothing to do with the timing

Sir good day din!..Sir mahuna kase ang pagkagawa ng evaporator lalo na ng civic 2017. Pakicheck mo yung tubig na tumutulo sa drain hose mo sa pagstart mo ng kotse mo, AC On sa umaga. Sahurin mo ng cup. kapag may nakita ka oil sa ibabaw ng sinahod mong tubig, it means my leak evaporator mo. next, wala ba leak sa condenser mo? gumagana ba ng tama ang fan motors mo? dalawang stage ang mag-operate yan sir 1 fan low at fan high.

yes po pwde nman kaso mejo malapot na po kase ang 5w40 eh ang diesel engine po ay mas madali magdumi ang engine oil so that means mas madali din lalapot ang viscosity. that’s why 5w30 is better than 5w40 herein the Philippines.

Sir initialization lang po need nyo gawin. Just drive your car not more than 45kph for atleast half kilometer with ac off, headlight off, seatbelt on. all malfunction indicator light and warning alert should go off. if not, there is something wrong.

Salamat sa reply, sir! Mag source out kasi ako ng parts at mahirap humanap dito sa lugar namin malamang wala akong makuhang oem kaya sa rockauto ako tumitingin.

This should have been a recall. Kung ganyan karami yung issue ng evaporator sa mga civic. Maaring napalitan nga nila yung mga affected na condenser and o-rings, pero hindi lang pala yun yung issue. Most likely, the evaporator suffered from the same problem. I’m a Honda fanboy because of the quality of their work, however this one missed so bad.
