Hello! I am Unknown Butterflies, I am a 21 Year Old Animal Rights Activist and Poet who's been writing since I was 14. I am a queer, non-binary individual and my pronouns are They/He. I use this channel to post my recent poetry reciting's and any artsy videos I make. Hope you enjoy!
Nescience by Unknown Butterflies- An original poem
I am back and I finally have a decent microphone.
The footage from this video was taken at Tottingworth Farm and Meat the Victims Uk 2. The audio of the cows mooing is from a cow that has just been brought to a slaughterhouse. I wrote this when I was feeling especially helpless. I witness a lot of animals being exploited in the animal agricultural industries now. Sometimes I feel helpless but doing something is better than nothing. Many people live in a state of nescience; blissful ignorance and as comfortable as that can be, it is not okay when people are being killed. Interpret my words how you like as this is all I will say.
