Hi love the style! Ive been noticing a lot of 3:2 FX30 videos. Can the camera shoot opengate or is that a crop?
It is a setting you can do but I usually just do it myself once I'm editing in case I don't want to use it (:

How do you export your videos to upload them in that square format in 4k?
I do 2880x2160 and then in the third setting I do crop to size! (: I can make a video out of it if it would help out too!

@@reggiebarnes26 I use Davinci resolve the paid version! If you want to edit 4k videos you have to upgrade from the free version. And if you have an fx30 might as well invest all you can! I love it so much so far! I've only had it for about a month now and it's been really fun if you're interested in it I highly recommend it. It's a huge step up from a beginner camera so you do have to do your research but that's the fun part! I have a lot to learn still but I'm enjoying it all (:
@@SergioIbarraZ I have the A7Siii already I need a good b cam. I hate to buy the FX3 and something new is around the corner. Then I can buy Markii FX3 I'm pretty sure it's in the making. But the can't beat the FX30 for the price point
@@reggiebarnes26yeah that was my biggest thing you can't beat the price for how good it is. I can't justify spending more than 2K when it's a hobby right now haha

I followed a video on how to edit film emulation! I've been trying to use cineprint as well for my new videos that I'm going to be uploading soon (:
