This is fantastic deserves more love really underrated
You can see him smiling as he watches Ellis get exenteration and after shooting the chopper (possibly where Rochelle is in). I love it when people show the original Nick (as in the selfish, cold prick) because it gives us perspective on what Nicolas used to be before he got left behind with the other three in The Vannah’s rooftop.
Why do you think he shot the chopper? Sure, he has his finger on the trigger. But that could be poor trigger discipline while using the riflescope as a telescope.

How can you tell Ellis made it to the chopper? The first scene with his position and the Hunter implies he dies

Why is it always Nick surviving that kind of stuff?
I think it's hinting towards his selfish type of behavior and how he constantly says he'll leave people behind to save himself
@@Gflht doubt its that. in the game he even says he trusts the group more then himself also probably because he's an escaped convict and probably the most fit right beside ellis. also because he's fairly smart knowing how the military works and all that jazz
@@healluceus3982 in the passing he comments that he doesn't have an issue leaving both Ellis and the car behind idk that's just how I've always seen nick atleast
@@Gflht that's at the start of the game when they barely know each other and just got out the mall. move a little further like hard rain where they are near the end of game where they are closer.
@@healluceus3982 I'd still think that it should be taken into consideration that it's a reason why nick would leave them in once they get to know one another that they'd be close and all but Nick doesn't show any signs of actually changing his personality throughout the campaigns
