Man, I feel I can be so fast, but i stress a lot when the races starts, in league in LMP2 class I end races in the middle, in other cars I feel a lot faster, but i struggle mentally. I make mistakes, my legs are shaking. I try to relax, but i can't. When I DNF, or something I feel very annoyed and frustrated. I started to even thinking about ending with simracing. What I can do to change this bad habits?
Two things should help. Technically three. Familiarity with the car, and more laps in a race setting. Basically more seat time and repetition. The more you do it, the more you understand how everything feels and should feel as you drive at your limit. This will lead to thinking less about the stuff stressing you out now, and will free your brain up to focus more on the racing part. It's a boring answer but it's the honest one lol. More laps. If LMP2 is giving you a hard time in terms of nerves and racing, try and fit in a few LMP2 official races during the week, or at the very least go run some AI races. More laps will be more speed and more comfort. You'll think about the car much less. Think about your most comfortable car you can race, chances are it's your most comfortable because you've done the most laps in it and you're familiar with how it behaves. Yeah sometimes it’s the simple answers that are the most effective lol. Took me awhile to get there though 😅😂 glad it hopefully helps others get there quicker than I did.

That’s a great goal! Haha and easily done. Just don’t hit anybody, and even if you do, finish the race and you’ll be surprised how far you still go up the standings at the end
