It wasn't highly illegal, but 2 juniors enjoyed just serially harassing their algebra teacher in class, as he was pretty serious and cared about the instruction (as most of his students were juniors taking the ACT). One day, they followed him to his car and started verbally taunting him, getting pretty close to him as he tried to leave, which was actually grounds to threaten harassment charges. I still don't know why they loved fucking with him- he might have been serious, but he also helped carry our nationally-ranked school's ACT scores.

Okay, so it was never a rumor for the people in my grade, we all knew it. however for the grades below ours and for years to come it was definitely a rumor, that a teacher in training slept with one of the students. the true story is somewhat even crazier. it started out when we got this new teacher in training. one of the guys was like "i'll fuck her for sure" and all of us were like "yeah, sure buddy". and then he did. and then they started going out, became official the day we graduated and are actually still together to this day (i graduated 8 years ago)
