THE GIANTS OF SCIENCE: Isaac Newton
THE GIANTS OF SCIENCE Lecture 1: Isaac Newton
Emeritus Professor David Wolfe, physicist
Monday 17-Friday 21 January 2022
Discoveries in physics have made huge changes in our way of living. Just in this century the discovery of the
transistor and the laser have completely changed the way we live. From radio and mobile phones to medical
devices, from the X-ray to machines such as the MRI, the effects have been enormous. Despite the thousands
working in various science fields, there have been a few giants who have made revolutionary changes in our
thinking and, therefore, in society. Newton created modern science, virtually single-handedly. Michael Faraday

At first Napoleon seemed a clean break from the repressive world of hereditary monarchies and feudal privilege. He was as...

Are you surprised the Nats under the guise of the Broederbond stealing from the South African investors, all the prominent board members Bond members and part of the Stellenbosch mafia. I grew up seeing all the big government contracts allocated to these closed members only club. Disgusting, just as clandestine as the Free Masons. Suck it up Wiese, now i understand why Whitey Basson is pissed with him. Guess all you can say is Wiese’s buddies from the Bond ended up stealing from a high ranking members while the funds are hidden in Holland.

The Ndebele people found us here and we taught them initiation. We briefly touch on the subject when I referred to the Makan stad incident we discussed that day.

Great lecture. Did Kandinsky reach the soul? Yes, for me, he did. When I first saw some of his art in person I heard a chamber orchestra but couldn't see it. I walked into the room and looked for the musicians. The beautiful music - music of the spheres ? filled the room. I asked my companion if they could hear the music. It seemed I was the only one hearing it. There was no orchestra - only Kadinsky's art reaching my soul.
