All sound is being generated by the arduino. The only thing the computer is doing is power and recording. Demonstrated in this video: 2 voltage controlled square wave oscillators 1 envelope (also can be controlled by voltage) 1 clock (speed controlled by voltage) 1 sequencer (S&H voltages) Two of the knobs are controlling VCO pitches and the last is helping send voltage to the S&H sequencer. It's an interesting and strange thing that one almost never hears non LPG/plucked/short envelope sounds out of a Buchla.
