I know how to start the generator it's junk. Every time you go to started a run for a little while maybe an hour or two and then it dies they are junk. You try to take it back to Lowe's they will not accept it. The company won't refund your money they knew it was junk when they put it out. Do not buy this if anybody sees this do not buy it I am not the only person is having problems with these
