A couple of things to keep in mind with shifter: - The combos will always search for Wen instead of Lara. - You should try to deprioritize going for Ulti-Nochi or better say, forgo going for Nochi until the end of the combo after you summon Protos (if planning to go for Protos, if not, you can just go for Nochi earlier. - Try to not take advantage of the ability of Ulti-Canna to "cheat" sending 1 back to the grave, instead of 2. You're going to need a total of 4 monsters in the graveyard to go for Ulti-Kimu eff and Protos. Hope these help and thanks for watching!

@@Acelyn- not really, you would need to improvise based on your extenders. Comboing with shifter is one of the hardest things to do with the deck. Sometimes you are going to feel like you could have done something better, while you did as much as possible

Very hype to see RB make it this far, but he did cheat (maybe accidentally, but seemed REALLY sus) in Finals. Near the end of the set he summons 2 bodies off of Nochidrago. Only suspicious because Nochi has a unique tag out compared to the rest. I wouldn’t think that’s easily forgettable, especially from someone at that level.

Hi, Quixxy. We tested Gold Sarc and noticed it doesn't provide enough value for a -1 in hand. Quite often Gold Sarc would help, but we'd rather have a card in hand that would help us defensively (like eclipse, impermanence, etc) or a card that would help us extend (like the nemeses cards)

It really is, xxheroes. I wish we could play it. If you look at my oldest videos I was playing it for a while. It is a really good card, but the space is simply too tight in the extra to be able to play it 😞

@@edygo24 Went back and looked at your other videos and saw that you were playing it with other hand traps. I'm trying a board breaker list but I was hoping the breakers would also have applications if you go first. Other than BOE, are there any good board breakers we can play that we could also set to use on the opponents turn?... and will actually impact things post INFO. or are hand traps necessary post INFO?

@@xxheroesftwxx6930 Thanks for the reply, xxheroes! Actually on the contrary, it seems like boardbreakers are going to be the way to go post INFO. The Fiendsmith Snake-Eyes deck is just too strong to be deal with 2-3 handtraps. The boardbreakers we're currently considering are: Book of Eclipse, Dark Ruler, Evenly. BoE and Evenly do come up going 1st too. Evenly is surprisingly good going 1st actually (as long as you don't die xD). Right now the way to go is to play those 3 + 3 Prosperities. But this is changing day by day as we are playtesting like crazy ahead of the continental in Europe and the WCQ

Yeah, you are going to get into spots like that. The main issue is the space. I can see it as a card we could play, but right now I don't see it as an option over some of the others

Both o Ulti-Canna effects are once per turn per copy (aka soft once per turn). So when ulti-canna is summon again later in the turn, the game doesn't register this ulti-canna as the same ulti-canna that was summoned earlier in the turn.

Yeah, Nochi is vital for playing on turn 3, you would often need to use Ulti-Nochi to keep playing through interruptions and will need an extra copy when turn 3 comes around to play through the board

Yeah, it's on purpose. Later in the video I put Corridor in the Main and Colossus in the extra as card 40 and 15

We tested this and it doesn't come up often enough to be worthed to evaluate the card with this in mind. Without this in mind, there are simply better options for going 1st and 2nd. This might change later when INFO and Multchummy are released. If you want more details about it I go over it in the previous deck profiles

We had consider cutting it in the past, but quickly found out that you often would need a link 2 to help you climb to Ulti-Rei or Accesscode. S:P and I:P are also very important for end boards. Im afraid, we had been trying to come up with a good solution for this for a while now... but haven't found anything else that could be cut 😞

Im currently siding in Contact C + 3 Retaliatings for Branded, Got 3 cards for going 1st (3 Dimensional Fissure or 3 D Barrier), 3 cards for S/T removal, 3 generic good (currently Ash Blossoms) and 2 more going 2nd cards and maybe remove one of the above for Cowboy or Agave.
