I can relate. Thankfully I am getting out of it now, unlearning those old conditioning and patterns. And it's getting pretty good, and growing 💗, I can totally agree with you and understand your words -"I was there" 💟 that's how I say it from my soul. The survival mode 😢 the trauma which gets us into that, but it's totally surmountable and happy we're getting awareness of this stuff

I’m exhausted with my life. but every time I try to change my situation, things get worse. I haven’t taken a week off from the world. I’ve taken over a year. what was supposed to be a few weeks to figure my health out has turned into the inability to leave my bed most days. I haven’t even left my house in over a month. I’m out of money. but the only remote jobs hiring are scams or mlms. my degree is for in person jobs. my friends don’t talk to me. neither does my family, not really. and not because I don’t reach out, I do. all the time. are there still things to be happy for in life? sure. but life feels impossible and like it will always remain that way. im a shell of a person waiting to matter again

This is same thing what I've been feeling. I have so many things to do, so many dreams to fullfill but i don't know from where to start, how to start. I feel like everyone is going ahead and I'm here, I'm left behind. I feel like my life has just stoped moving. It really scare me, alot😢😢

As a child, I was brought up in an abusive, narcissism type environment, both at home and in school. I was told "This is normal." I had a job in a fast paced, highly competitive workplace, and was told "This is just the way life is. Get use to it." I had more debt than I could manage. I was told "Deficit spending is the norm." In other words, I was taught "Let's all be miserable together, and pretend to be joyful. That is normal." I knew there was something missing in my life. I knew there had to be more, and I was determined to pursue it.

This video expresses my whole life, my feelings. As if you’re there and you read my soul, something that I’ve said to my parents and m people so many times but they just don’t even understand me. You understand. I know what I want, but the world won’t stop or change if I change paths, and the thing is that living the way that I WANT IN MY OWN LIFE will make people complain about it. “You used to be different” “you don’t know where you’re going” “This will get you nowhere” But I know what I want. And I want it so bad. Now yk what guys, even if you’re exhausted I feel like it’s ok. It’s fine. It’s not that bad, there’s little bits of happiness hidden in each day. And one day, I’m sure, SURE that I’ll get what I’ve always wanted. I have God by my side, and happiness. One day, I’ll get where I want to get, and until then, I can live this life

I'm not sure what I want but I know I don't want what I've got I'm so tired and so sick of people not listening to me and so done with the vicious cycle of my life but I just believe if I keep going one day maybe just maybe it'll get better and hopefully one day we'll be okay all of us will be okay
