Antony J. Blinken, the U.S. Secretary of State, said in a video played at the conference, “Like all of you at this gathering, the United States has a deep and abiding commitment to protecting and promoting religious freedom for all people, everywhere,” he said, “Supporting religious freedom is a core American value.”
