Bit about me. I'm a 2020 Theatre graduate who is very passionate about opening up conversations around Mental Health and our planet, especailly ways in which we can work towards a more eco future. I hope that my channel will be a safe place to explore these topics as well as place where your get to know a bit about me and what I'm getting up to now I have finished university and trying to take my next steps in the Theatre and Film industry.

Lets Talk - Mental Health
Opening up about your Mental Health is so important. Having conversations around mental health is so important and getting support for your mental health wether that be through a GP, a Support Line or by simply talking to a friend is so important.
This video was a big deal for me to post. I’m very open when talking about everything mental health accept when it comes to my own. So this video is just a little chatty video talking about my mental health journey and me opening up and encouraging those that are scared to do so, to start that conversation.
The more we talk the more we can all support each other.
