If I'm not thriving - doing my meditations, yoga, workout 7 days a week, extensively studying after coming home , hanging out with friends , being on top with all deadlines, vc with my family everyday , getting 8 hrs of sleep, eating healthy , buying fruits daily ,practicing creative hobby, journaling ..... Then I'm falling apart . And i mean literally falling apart. I will be awake whole night , scrolling , eat anything and everything , drink half a glass a water, forget to brush or bath or call family and dont even bother about opening and communicating with anyone , just rot in my bed

POV - You lost your 5 yr old girl and husband in a car accident. You are at the hospital , the doctor has announced that they are no more. You are sitting in the lobby, bombarded with all the moments your girl laughed , your husband laughed with you but now it only brings unending streams of tears . I ruined a lot of people and failed a lot of people- now im just trying for my baby brother. To be honest, nobody really matters except him. He’s the light of my life. Everyone I love at this moment, has hurt me in some way (including my mother, and I love her to death) but my little brother? He hasn’t done anything wrong. I love you, little man. Our world is slowly getting hotter and hotter, and my state is at risk of another mass fire. Its been concerning. The idea of having to evacuate my home again. And yet by coincidence, after I finished listening to this I walked to my back door and saw rain. Its been ages since it last rained. So maybe someone somewhere is living their last moments, but they bring the rain. And to all of you that are going through depression and feeling suicidal. You can make it a little better I promise. i didn't lose a girlfriend or anything, but this song makes me feel like i'm slowly losing the friends i made in elementary and high school slip away to the stresses of life and university. add on to that a world that's rapidly disintegrating, with the threat of nuclear war, pandemics, cyberattacks, generally every crisis you can think of looming like a dark cloud overhead. it's like remembering when there was a tomorrow. when there was hope. when life was simple and everything made sense. now it's a dying failing madhouse. i love 2023 life.

Thinking of what my friends would have said is what kept me going. I'm glad to have friends like them. I know that a lot of comments talk about how theire life is hard. And it's true. I currently have a good life and this song just make me realize that at some point evrything magical things I live will not exist. I will not feel the water or the heat of the sun on my skin anymore. Will not hear music. There'll be a last burger, a last drink, a last laugh, a lasr sunser. We just don't know when, and we live in a society that overwhelme us with work so we don't realise we're wasting our only time. We won't live it again, we won't go to paradise, we will just don't exist anymore.
