The City of Perth Band, one of Western Australia’s longest-standing musical institutions, has been enriching the community since 1898. With over 125 years of history, we proudly feature three ensembles: the City of Perth Brass Band, the City of Perth Concert Band, and Thundercorps. From classical brass and concert performances to the high-energy rhythm of marching music, our bands bring diverse and vibrant sounds to stages both locally and nationally. Dedicated to preserving musical tradition, fostering talent, and enhancing Perth's cultural scene, we perform at concerts, parades, competitions, and community events.
