Hello! Hope you’re are doing well. Firstly of all thanks for making this video, by far the only video that i came across for my problem. So my surname is misspelled in my bachelor’s mark-sheet & degree , when i filed my student visa i used an affidavit for this….. so for WES i get it that i have to create account as per my passport details…. & my university doesn’t send transcripts electronically, so does an affidavit works in this case too? & where do i upload it?

And lets say I make wes account as per passport and fill academic details as per degree so which name will be there on the final report by WES? ... My 2nd question is my name on degree is "Lovepreet Kaur" so while filling academic details will "Kaur" goes as last name?

Hello, Thankyou Academia for guiding me through when I asked for information. I have gone through this process of application for transcripts of record! 1) this is for mcom students! 2) the fee is 750 per certificate copy 3)enter room 108 with all documents and the application from the entrance left side room where student query is written. 4)after filling and self attesting the documents submit it in 108,they would check and give your documents and tell you to go to 105 accounts dept to pay the fees. 5)they would give you pink reciept and then go all the way down to entrance right side where Xerox can be done, and take a Xerox for the receipt. I have taken Xerox for application too incase not mandatory. 6) attached the reciept Xerox and submitted in 108. After that important step is to register you name on that file and keep the documents in the front basket. I hope this helps! I think that if you cannot go personally You can send your relatives with authority letter clearly mentioning about your reason. Thankyou. To all those who answered my question in comments. I hope this helps and is a way to return my thanks by posting this in here!

Hello, In my Indian passport, I didn't have the last name, and same I provided it to WES and got my assessment. Now I renewed my passport and have my name split into a first name and last name. How can I change my name on the WES report now before I start the PR process? Would be a great help if someone in the same situation can share his/her experience. Thanks
